I've had a very positive experience having Michael work on my eviction matter with a nightmare tenant.  This being the first time ever having to evict someone, I was super scared.  I was very impressed that he provided a free consultation and that he  "called me on the weekend" to see if he can help.  I liked the "personal touch" he gave me.  He responded to my calls and emails very promptly, and provided good guidance so I don't screw up on my end.
